I knew my camera was having issues and her death was imminent.
But why the hell did it have to happen during a photoshoot with my friend Anastasia.
It happened about an hour or so into the shoot and all I heard was click ... camera totally locked up.
So we stopped shooting and looked at stuff we had already shot on the computer.
I made a quick call to Henrys Camera to let them know my camera died as was coming back.
Luckily for me I had extended warranty and third time is a charm as I am getting a camera replacement. Not totally free as I am going to upgrade to the recently released Pentax K5 by paying the difference in price after the warranty exchange price.
We did manage to get the camera goign again to shoot some more photos until it died again and this time for good.
Hope to get the new K5 next week.
I spent today upgrading my photoshop computer to CS5 ... glad for school discounts .... 265 bucks is better then 1000 bucks.
I think I will be visiting Chapters to get a book for the new features.
