Keeping busy and losing weight

I have been spending time at my sisters helping them sort out the electrical and other stuff in their house. I feel like a troll working in the basement. Well it's not what people would normally call a basement as it is seventy years old.

At least it keeps me occupied and allowing me to lose more weight.

I have now managed to lose 35 pounds since february and still going.

My goal is to go from 240 to 230 by march and then down to 220 by june and stay there

I have not been 220 since mid-80's

I am not on any fad diet or doing cleanses,etc

I just cut out alot of crap out of my diet

I don't count calories or anything like that

If I want to have that curry chicken or goat or go to mcdonalds I do it

I try not to eat after 6pm and dirink anywheres from 8 to 10 litres of water a day (yes ... I go pee alot)

I am keeping busy in my paddling off season working on my sisters house and another friends house

I find it really easy and feel great

I really noticed how great i felt a couple weekends ago when i was able to carry my new boat from the river up the steep hill to the parking lot without even stopping

I can't wait until spring paddling in march
